Community Transportation Network, Inc.,
a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization in Fort Wayne, IN, addresses the specialized transportation needs of all transit-dependent populations in Allen County, Indiana. It is CTN's mission to both provide and coordinate transportation for seniors, persons with disabilities, economically disadvantaged families, children and youth to promote self sufficiency. Information and referral
In cooperation with 211, First Call For Help, CTN serves as a central resource linking those who need specialized transportation to available resources. Individuals or groups can call CTN about their transportation need and learn about appropriate resources. CTN also provides focus on and information about the need for community resources, and generates additional support to address the needs.

Medical transportation
CTN directly provides dependable, safe, affordable transportation throughout Fort Wayne and Allen County, Indiana. Seniors and persons with disabilities are eligible for this service in order to access any type of medical service. CTN is a scheduled, shared ride service. Our drivers provide door-through-door, arm-in-arm, hand-to-hand passenger assistance. CTN can register a new rider over the phone in just a few minutes. Once registered, the rider simply calls CTN to schedule a trip request. When arrangements have been made, we will call you to confirm your trip. CTN provides over 1,600 trips each month on 11 lift-equipped vehicles and generates community support to offset 50-75% of our costs, which keeps the trip fee affordable for the rider. We are a Medicaid approved provider. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, 8:30a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Agency transportation
In addition to our 11 lift equipped vans, CTN operates 5 school buses and one urban transit bus. This affords us a way to meet the transportation needs of other agencies. CTN may provide the transportation directly, coordinate with other means, or refer the agency to more appropriate resources.
